What actually happens in a body session
What you feel, how long it takes, and how many sessions it usually needs before you notice the difference.

Anyone booking a body treatment for the first time asks us almost the same three questions. Here are the answers, taking as the example the LPG Alliance treatment we offer in the treatment room.
What you feel
You wear a dedicated bodysuit, which keeps the treatment hygienic and lets the head glide over the skin. The head works with rollers and suction: it feels like a deep, rhythmic massage, with a slight pinch over the more sensitive areas. The intensity is set for you, and you can ask for it to change at any moment.
How long it takes
The session itself is not long, and it needs no preparation: you arrive, change and lie down. The exact time depends on the programme we choose together, and we tell you before you book. Afterwards, you go straight back to your day.
How many sessions it needs
The body responds to consistency, not to a single appointment, which is why the treatment is set up as a course of closely spaced sessions. The first changes are usually felt after a few sessions: first to the touch, then in the mirror.
How many you need depends on what you want to achieve and on how your skin responds. We decide it in consultation, before we start, and review it as we go.
