What data we process

• Browsing data. Like every website, the servers hosting this site automatically log some technical details of each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and device type. We do not use them to identify you.
• Data you send us. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp, call us or book online, we process the details you give us — name, contact details, the content of your message — in order to reply.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• Replying to your requests and managing appointments: steps taken at your request before or under a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Keeping the site secure and working: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Meeting legal obligations, such as tax records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for profiling or advertising, and we do not pass it on to anyone else.

Who receives it

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and processes browsing data on our behalf.
• Our email provider, for the emails you send us.
• My-Booking-App, the external online booking platform, if you book there: please also read the notice published on that platform.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us on WhatsApp: WhatsApp’s own notice then applies as well.
• Advisers and public authorities, only where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel Inc. is based in the United States. Data is transferred on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

• Browsing data: only as long as needed to keep the site secure, after which the hosting provider deletes it automatically.
• Messages and contact details: as long as needed to reply to you and manage your appointment.
• Tax records: for the period required by law (10 years).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking, analytics or profiling tools, whether our own or third-party. That is why we do not ask for your consent when you open it.

Fonts are served from our own domain, so your visit is not reported to Google or any other provider.

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, WhatsApp and the booking platform take you to external sites, which have their own cookies and notices.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, or to receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to the email address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Providing your data

Giving us your data is optional, but without it we cannot reply to you or book an appointment. We make no decisions based solely on automated processing.

If this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
